Widely used in drying, separation, etc. Zeolite molecular sieve is an inorganic crystalline material. It is widely used in catalysis, adsorption and ion exchange due to its regular pore structure, strong acidity and high hydrothermal stability, and plays an irreplaceable role.


Zeolite molecular sieve is a family of crystalline silicon aluminate salts. The most basic structure of zeolite is composed of (SiO4) tetrahedron and (AlO4) tetrahedron. Adjacent tetrahedrons are connected by oxygen Bridges to form rings, which are big and small. According to the number of oxygen atoms forming rings, there are four oxygen rings, five oxygen rings, six oxygen rings, eight oxygen rings, ten oxygen rings and twelve binary oxygen rings. Ring is the channel orifice of molecular sieve, sieve through the molecular sieve. Oxygen rings are connected by oxygen Bridges to form polyhedra with three dimensional space. Polyhedra have hollow cages, which are important characteristics of molecular sieve structure. The cavity contains water of crystal and cations, which neutralize the negative charge of the tetrahedron (AlO4).
