3a Molecular Sieve Desiccant For Insulated Glass With High Water Adsorption Capacity
The molecular sieve 3A beads are widely helpful in drying the inner space of insulating glass, to help in protecting the insulated glass units due to its high water adsorption capacity and better-quality physical properties. These are basically used for the bright, clean and transparent appearance of the glass even at the very low temperature. 3A molecules have the ability to absorb the water as the hollow glass desiccant and ensure prolong the lifespan of hollow glass windows considerably. Molecular sieve 3A in the form of beads in varied series are available to adsorb humidity without freezing and damaging the glass surface, as well as to prevent the glass from yielding.
Such type of desiccant is highly appreciable in constructing the energy saving house or buildings. It can resolve window distortion issue originated by inflation and shrinking occurs either in different seasons or in different temperature throughout the day. Such potassium form of type A crystal structure is a suitable state of dehydration of insulating glass units either in the air-filled or gas-filled state. 3A desiccant is highly effective at low moisture levels.
