Molecular Sieve Refrigerant Desiccant Zeolite XH-5 Grain For Dehumidify Dry
Product Description of Refrigerant Desiccant
XH-5: Suitable for dehydration and drying of R12 and R22 refrigerants.
XH-7: Drying system for refrigerant R-134a in domestic and industrial refrigerators, freezers and air conditioners. It is also suitable for dehydration and drying of special refrigerants such as butane in "green" refrigerators.
XH-9: suitable for drying various refrigerants (except mixed refrigerants containing difluoromethane). Such as: car, station wagon, refrigerated truck, locomotive, vehicle and ship, etc., for dehydration and drying of refrigerants in air conditioners, freezers and refrigerators. (i.e. general purpose)
XH-11: Desiccant is suitable for dehydration and drying of air-conditioning refrigerants R407c, R-410A, etc.
Molecular sieves are formulated to be compatible with the refrigerants and lubricants that they are intended to operate with and will prevent chemical reactions that could produce system failures.
Zeolitic Molecular Sieves are adsorbents with well defined pore sizes and limits to adsorption selectivity. Adsorption is a surface phenomenon whereby a molecule, contained in a fluid (gas or liquid), attaches itself on the surface of a solid. Adsorbents possess high porosity with internal surface area in the order of several hundred m²/gr.
Polar & polarizable molecules & non-saturated hydrocarbons are preferably adsorbed as a result of the existence & accessibility of freely moving cations that act as adsorption sites within the zeolite framework. Make it possible to separate substances with different molecular diameters.
Note: This product is easy to absorb moisture, it should not be directly exposed to the air, and should be stored in a dry place
It is also an environmentally friendly filtration product with chemical filling material.

Application of Refrigerant Desiccant
Other Applications:
1. Deep drying of gases and liquids, such as natural gas, industrial gases, rare gases, solvents, paraffins, alcohols and refrigerants.
2. Static drying of medical packaging, electronic components, and materials prone to deterioration.
3. Desiccant for insulating glass devices, lacquers, dyes and PUR devices.
4. Remove carbon dioxide, ammonia and methanol from liquids.
In a word, It is commonly used for drying of organic liquids (solvents, oils, gasoline, and other saturated hydrocarbons), air, liquid gases (propane, butane) as well as technical and noble gases (H2, N2, He, Ar, etc.).
