Product Description of Molecular Sieve Adsorbent

Due to its high chemical stability and excellent insulation performance, SF6 has been widely used internationally as an insulating medium for various electrical equipment in the 1980s. However, SF6 inevitably contains trace amounts of low fluoride sulfides during its manufacturing and use, such as SOF2, SO2F2, S2F10O, etc. These gases are highly toxic and corrosive, posing a threat to equipment operation. KDHF-03 can adsorb trace amounts of low fluoride sulfides, acidic substances, and moisture in SF6 gas. According to relevant authorities, our products have surpassed similar Japanese products in terms of the speed and depth of impurity removal.

SF6 was widely used as insulating medium for various electrical equipments, due to its high chemical stability and great insulating property. But SF6 inevitably has trace amounts of low-level fluoride and water mixed in production process. Thus, with the effect of high-voltage arc, it can resolve small amounts of low-level fluoride during the run, such as SOF2, SO2F2, and S2F100, etc, all of which are highly toxic and corrosive to threat both the run of equipments and perating safety. KDHF can absorb the trace amounts of low-level fluoride in SF6, acidoid and water, etc. Identified by the relevant organizations, our products are beyond Japanese competing ones in the speed and depth of removal.
