Product Description of Refrigerant Desiccant
The refrigeration system contains not only dirt but also moisture. There are various sources of moisture. The refrigeration oil contains moisture and the refrigerant contains moisture. After drying, their moisture content is relatively small. However, due to various reasons, there will still be traces of water intrusion in the system, and even the water will be excessive. The purpose of using the XH series molecular sieve desiccant is to adsorb the residual moisture in the molecular sieve, so that it does not flow in the system. The drying methods of the refrigeration system include the following:
1. Vacuum drying method: Put the complete refrigeration system into a high-temperature oven, exhaust with a vacuum pump, and the water in the system is heated to form water vapor. When the vacuum pump is exhausted, the remaining water vapor in the system is also discharged together.
2. Dry air blowing method: During the heating vacuum process, the vacuum pump is stopped, and then heated dry air or dry nitrogen is added. Repeat 2-3 times to achieve drying purpose.
3. Continuous air drying method: Heating and drying air with a dew point temperature below -40°C to the refrigeration system in the oven, inflate and deflate continuously and slowly, so that the charged air absorbs the moisture in the system and then discharges it. The oven temperature can be maintained at 120°c-140°c, and this way the best water absorption effect.
4. Desiccant water absorption method: This method is a supplement to the drying treatment in the above-mentioned methods, and is permanently installed in the refrigeration system as one of the components. There is a mixed solid desiccant, which is composed of molecular sieve with strong moisture absorption and activated alumina with strong acid absorption and other desiccants. (XH series molecular sieves).
