Product Description of Refrigerant Desiccant

The compressor sucks in the low-temperature and low-pressure freon gas from the evaporator and compresses it into high-temperature and high-pressure freon gas, and then flows through the thermal expansion valve (capillary), throttling into a low-temperature and low-pressure freon vapor-liquid two-phase object, and then low-temperature and low-pressure freon gas. The freon liquid absorbs the heat from the indoor air in the evaporator and becomes a low temperature and low pressure freon gas, and the low temperature and low pressure freon gas is sucked by the compressor.

 

After the indoor air passes through the evaporator, heat is released and the air temperature drops. In this way, the compression----condensation----throttling----evaporation is repeatedly cycled, and the refrigerant continuously takes away the heat of the indoor air, thereby reducing the temperature.

 

Moisture is generated during this process, and long-term use can corrode accessories and damage system performance. Using Lvneng molecular sieve XH series products will avoid this problem.

  • XH-5 used commercially for dehydration and drying of refrigerants R12, R22.
  • XH-7 used for dehydration and drying of new refrigerants R-134a in household and commercial refrigerators, iceboxes and air conditioners. It is also used for specialized refrigerants such as butane in "green" refrigerators.
  • XH-9 used commercially in drying refrigerants in air conditioners, iceboxes and refrigerators in cars, station wagons, refrigerating trucks, trains and ships.(Excludes refrigerant mixtures containing difluoromethane)
  • XH-11 available in bead for dehydration and drying of refrigerants R407c, R-410A. or Medium high temperature refrigerant.
