Product Description of Refrigerant Desiccant

Molecular sieves for XH series refrigerants (XH-5, XH-9, etc.: generally small size balls 1.6~2.5mm, 2~3mm) are mainly used for drying and dehydration of various refrigerants. It is suitable for car air conditioners, household air conditioners, freezers, refrigerators, etc. It is also suitable for drying and dehydration of butane and new refrigerant R-134a in green refrigerators. XH series has higher requirements on compressive strength, the minimum can not be less than 25N/piece, and the average is greater than 45N/piece. The bulk specific gravity is 0.85~0.90g/ml. In addition, the compatibility test with the refrigerant must be carried out.

 

Product features: The company's special molecular sieves for the refrigeration industry are widely used by domestic and foreign customers. They not only have good adsorption capacity, but also greatly improve their compressive strength, reduce wear, and better withstand high pressure and pressure in the system. Vibration and friction, while improving the compatibility of molecular sieves with refrigerants in the system environment.

  • XH-5 used commercially for dehydration and drying of refrigerants R12, R22.
  • XH-7 used for dehydration and drying of new refrigerants R-134a in household and commercial refrigerators, iceboxes and air conditioners. It is also used for specialized refrigerants such as butane in "green" refrigerators.
  • XH-9 used commercially in drying refrigerants in air conditioners, iceboxes and refrigerators in cars, station wagons, refrigerating trucks, trains and ships.(Excludes refrigerant mixtures containing difluoromethane)
  • XH-11 available in bead for dehydration and drying of refrigerants R407c, R-410A. or Medium high temperature refrigerant.
