Product Description of 4A Molecular Sieve Desiccant

Adsorption-Carrier Function of Surfactants
Due to the pore structure of 4A molecular sieve crystals and the large specific surface area of the particles, 4A molecular sieves have strong adsorption properties. For the adsorption of non-ionic surfactants, 4A molecular sieve is 3 times that of NTA (secondary aminotriacetate) and sodium carbonate, and 5 times that of STPP and sodium sulfate.
This property is used for agglomeration shaping. It makes sense to produce more concentrated surfactants in high strength detergents to produce products with good wash and flow properties. The liquid carrying capacity of 4A molecular sieve is > 30%

 

Detergent power
Through experiments, adding different additives in the same formulation can change the detergency of the additives. The study found that the decontamination effect of 20% STPP, 20% molecular sieve and 4% polymer was equivalent to 40% STPP. Combining molecular sieves can get products with excellent detergency.
