Introduction
Compressed Air Dryer 13X Molecular Sieve desiccant: The product is used to dehydrate air and gases in regenerative compressed air dryers and static drying. In compressed air and gas drying applications, compressed air drying molecular sieve will deliver pressure dew point to -100°F, depending on dryer design and operating conditions. Application
Removal of CO2 and moisture from air (air pre-purification) and other gases.
Separation of enriched oxygen from air.
Removal of mercaptans and hydrogen sulphide from natural gas.
Removal of mercaptans and hydrpogen sulphide from hydrocarbon liquid streams (LPG, butane, propane etc.)
Catalyst protection, removal of oxygenates from hydrocarbons (olefin streams).
Removal of n-chained compositions from aromatics.
Production of bulk oxygen in PSA units.
Production of medical oxygen in small scale oxygen concentrators
Storage
Avoid moisture, avoid scrolling, throw and sharp shocking during transportation, rainproof facilities should be readied.
It should be stored in dry and ventilated warehouse to prevent contamination or moisture.
