1. The basic difference of activated alumina and molecular sieve:
Zeolite/Molecular sieve has a strong absorbent capacity which is used to purify the gas but avoiding direct exposure in the air. Regeneration should be done based on long storage time(The common shelf time is 1 year). Molecular sieve avoids contacting with oil and liquid water.
Activated Alumina ball is mainly used in chemical, metallurgy, electronics, oil and other industrial gas dehydration and drying, such as air, oxygen, nitrogen and other permanent gas, refining and gas oil cracking gases. 2. Could we use molecular sieve and activated alumina together?
